Tove Gellner and Birgit Gellner-Pavlow
Just as each pearl is individual, so dealing in pearls was
always a personal matter for the Gellners. And that's how it has
been since the business was founded by Heinz and Tove Gellner in 1967. Dealing in pearls soon led to designing. Gellner's independent cultured pearl design was launched in 1972, with family input from Tove Gellner and daughter Birgit Gellner- Pavlow, and set design trends with international top designers. The emphasis is always on combining classic looks with
current fashions, the timeless with the contemporary. Gellner proves that high-quality cultured pearl jewellery can be both sophisticated and young-at-heart.
"The Spirit of Pearls" is alive at Gellner. And, of course,
it's in the design workshop that it comes to life. Producing, with the help of international top designers, fascinating cultured pearl creations which inspire and none more so than the woman who wears "Gellner". And these two women
create timeless designs with European sensibility.
"With us it is quite straightforward: we just love pearls!
We want to own them and find imaginative ways of showing
them to their full advantage - preferably for the décolleté.
We work best together and greatly enjoy setting trends."
